Additionally, candidates should have: Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script. Knowledge of Rajasthani culture. Basic Computer Instructor Eligibility Applicants for the Basic Computer Instructor post should have any one of the following qualifications: Graduation with ‘A’ Level certification. PGDCA of at least one-year duration. B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, ECE, EE, EEE, EIC, or TIE. B.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Technology. BCA degree from a recognized university. Equivalent or higher qualification recognized by the Government. Candidates must also possess knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script along with familiarity with Rajasthani culture.
