Eligibility  For B.Ed Program To be eligible for the B.Ed course, candidates must meet the following criteria: A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree from a recognized university. At least 50% marks in subjects such as Science, Social Science, Humanities, or Commerce. Candidates with a degree in Engineering or Technology (with specialization in Science or Mathematics) must have a minimum of 55% marks. Equivalent qualifications recognized by authorities are also acceptable. For Shiksha Shastri (B.Ed in Sanskrit) Candidates applying for the Shiksha Shastri program must fulfill these requirements: A Bachelor’s degree with Sanskrit as the main subject and at least 50% marks. A Master’s degree in Sanskrit or Acharya qualification. Alternatively, candidates who have completed Shastri (B.A. with Sanskrit) with 50% marks and a 2-year Acharya (MA Sanskrit) program are also eligible. In certain cases, a Bridge Course may be required. Marks obtained in the first year of Acharya/MA will not be included in the final percentage calculation.
